Safety showers in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX)

In industries where flammable gases and liquids are handled or where dust, vapour or mist is generated that can create an explosive atmosphere, it is important to ensure that the safety shower equipment meets the relevant ATEX requirements.

All FSP-Tech®'s safety showers and eye wash units in a standard version

  • are suitable for use in explosive environments in zones 1 & 2
  • has ATEX certification for category EX II 2G
