Right solution, delivered according to plan

In order to make sure that we fulfil our customer promise to deliver the right solution according to plan, we have developed a work process that our employees follow throughout the whole project or enquiry.

Our work ranges from a simple request for a few spray nozzles, to large complex processes and installations in industry. Our internal work processes and systems are designed to ensure a fast, professional and accurate service and support, regardless of size of enquiry or scope of project.

As a first step, we go through project scope and customer targets. For example, is there a specific problem that needs to be solved, a process to be improved or is it a spare part for an existing installation? During the first step, we also discuss risks and time constraints, as well as identifying who are or will be involved in the project.

After our first meeting (web, phone or site visit), we summarise what was discussed and agreed during the meeting. This summary is sent to the customer, who in turn confirms that we agree on the project scope and objectives.

The project then proceeds according to the plan agreed with the customer. We put together and present a proposal for a sustainable solution.

A carefully structured work process is particularly important for projects where several people are involved, both from the customer's and our supplier's side. By following our internal work process, step by step, we ensure that nothing is left out and that the project moves forward without any delays.
