Efficient air knife for industrial applications
EXAIR's Super Air Knife™ is the most efficient air knife on the market and our most popular model. It delivers a smooth, laminar airflow over the entire length with powerful output and at the lowest operating cost. It is designed to significantly reduce compressed air consumption by mixing in ambient air at a ratio of 40:1. Noise levels are significantly lower compared to other air systems.
Available in standard lengths from 76mm to 2743mm and manufactured in aluminium, 303SS, 316SS and PVDF to suit different applications. Custom sizes and materials are available on request.
EXAIR Air Knives offer an efficient way to clean, dry or cool and also act as an environmental separator or air curtain.
