An economical alternative to fog systems

The EXAIR Cold Gun Aircoolant System™ generates a stream of clean, cold air that is up to 30°C colder than the compressed air supply. The system includes a Cold Gun unit, a flexible single or dual outlet and a manually draining filter. The Cold Gun is available in standard or high performance versions.

Operation is silent and the unit has no moving parts, which means maintenance-free operation and long service life. The system removes heat to extend tool life and increase productivity in machining processes where liquid cooling cannot be used.

Because the Cold Gun uses vortex cooling, it is a cost-effective and clean alternative to expensive misting systems. It eliminates the cost of purchasing and handling coolants, as well as reducing health and safety risks associated with inhaling mist or slippery floors.

EXAIR Compressed air products are designed to optimise and streamline various industrial processes, and to improve the working environment.

The product range includes air knives, blow nozzles, blow guns, pneumatic vacuum conveyors and products for discharging static electricity.

EXAIR products are used in the manufacturing industry for

  • blowing clean using compressed air
  • cooling
  • drying
  • surface treatment
  • material transport (vacuum conveyors)
  • industrial vacuum cleaning (wet and dry materials)
  • removal of static electricity

EXAIR was founded in 1983 with the aim of providing the manufacturing industry with safer and more efficient air-powered products. The basic principle was to manufacture and supply the market with high quality products at a reasonable price.
