Using ionising technology, the Varistat provides a hands-free solution that requires no compressed air and provides a constant stream of particle-free and static eliminating air.

Fan powered static eliminator
This static eliminator is easy to mount on countertops or machines and is manually adjustable, making it ideal for processes that require extensive coverage, such as parts assembly, web handling, printing and the like.
VariStat is the first fan-powered static eliminator from EXAIR and expands the company's range of solutions while maintaining top-class performance. Once connected, VariStat provides fast static discharge, capable of reducing 1000 V to 100 V in only 0.8 seconds.
The product is equipped with two replaceable ion emitter points and two foam filters (30 PPI) to ensure optimal performance for longer periods. LED lights indicate correct operation. With customisable options such as selectable voltage, variable fan speed and adjustable polarity, VariStat is a comprehensive solution to eliminate static electricity as well as remove dust, debris and other disturbing particles.
