EXAIR VariBlast Precision safety air guns are equipped with an EXAIR Atto, Pico or Nano Super Air nozzle made of stainless steel or PEEK, which provides a concentrated and powerful jet of air. The air gun has a trigger with which a variable blowing force is emitted.

The EXAIR VariBlast® Precision Safety Air Gun is a unique and powerful safety air gun that provides adjustable blowing force through a simple adjustment of the trigger valve.
It is equipped with a variable airflow trigger, making it easy to adjust the amount of air and create different levels of blowing power depending on the need.
The VariBlast Precision Safety Air Gun can be equipped with EXAIR's Atto, Pico and Nano air nozzles, which are designed to maximise the mixing of ambient air.
The sound level is between 58 and 75 dBA, depending on the nozzle used - well below the OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95(a) limits for permissible noise exposure.
The intelligent nozzles are available in stainless steel (AISI 316) for superior corrosion resistance, or in PEEK plastic for gentle applications and increased chemical resistance.
