Efficient and maintenance-free material transport with compressed air

EXAIR's compressed air powered Line Vac™ connects to standard hoses to create a powerful in-line material transport system. Unlike belt or screw conveyors, Line Vac is ideal for moving large quantities of material over long distances without clogging or jamming. The flow rate can be easily regulated with a pressure regulator, and an optional bracket makes installation simple. With no moving parts and no electricity, Line Vac is maintenance-free. Available in sizes to fit hoses with inner diameters from 10 mm to 127 mm. Available in aluminium, type 303 stainless steel or type 316 stainless steel.

Advantages of Line Vac:

  • Compact
  • Quiet
  • No moving parts
  • Fits standard hoses or pipes

  • High throughput

Areas of use:

  • Filling of hoppers
