Ergonomic ionisation for clean environments
The EXAIR Intellistat Ion Air Gun is an ergonomically designed ionisation gun powered by compressed air and 24 V connection voltage for maximum electrical safety. The specially designed air nozzle meets OSHA compressed air standards.
The gun is equipped with a short and fast-acting trigger. The lightweight design (less than 200 grams) allows for prolonged use without fatigue. Intellistat is a reliable and low-maintenance solution, made of durable polycarbonate, suitable for applications requiring good conductivity, such as circuit board or electronics manufacturing.
The EXAIR Intellistat Ion Air Gun is specially designed for sterile and very clean environments, where assembly work or scientific research is carried out. The ionised compressed air and hygienic design make the gun ideal for laboratories, cleanrooms and testing facilities.
The gun has a low centre voltage of ±30 V, which allows a static charge of 5000 V to be reduced to below 500 V in less than 1 second.
Weighing only 200 grams, it is made from robust polycarbonate, making it both lightweight and durable.
