H2 Multi
Selective and customised dust control for larger systems
The H2 Multi is a larger version of the H2 Midi. With double the pumping capacity, it can supply up to 16 different application zones with water, independently of each other, and is therefore ideal for dust control in comparatively larger systems.
The pumping equipment is available with a choice of 3 or 4 independent pumps and includes a control cabinet, self-cleaning filter, automatic emptying and a modern software solution (compatible for CURTpro integration). Each zone can be individually operated and controlled via the machine display.
A calendar function provides additional flexibility and allows H2 Multi to start and stop automatically in desired zones at selected times of the day. Remote access within the network is also possible via a web interface. Thanks to its robust construction, pressure and temperature monitoring, and heating function, for example, the H2 Multi is optimally equipped for work in demanding environments.

Site visit, problem identification and planning
To make sure we deliver an optimal and sustainable solution we would like to make a site visit early on in the project, where we jointly look at the dust problem, specific requirements and investment objectives.
Site visit
A site visit early in the project is important to identify a variety of factors that might affect the selection and size of equipment, and any add-ons to achieve the most efficient and sustainable results. Regulatory requirements are also discussed at this stage.
Another important question is how the machine or system will be monitored and controlled, i.e. manually or automatically. Should it be a fixed installation or should it be possible to move the equipment around as needed?
Problem identification
During the site visit we discuss a number of different issues. Here are few examples:
- What is the source of the dust? Is it a single point or over a large area?
- What type and amount of dust does the dust source create?
- Area near the dust source: Wind impact? Machinery, personnel and vehicles in motion? Possible safety hazards?
- Is electricity and water available at the site?

Planning
Using the information gathered during the site visit, we prepare a summary and review it with the client to ensure that we agree on the scope of the project.
The next step is to start planning the project in order to propose a sustainable solution. At this stage we are in close contact with EmiControls' technical department, focusing on getting the most efficient system possible, with a low operating cost.
Choose the right product or solution for optimised dust control
Every dust problem is unique. The Knowledge base provides information on how dust control works and which questions are important to answer in order to achieve an effective, sustainable solution with low water and energy consumption.

EmiControls develops all its products according to the following criteria:
- Full control of water flow, throw length and drop size
- Flexible configuration
- Low energy consumption
- Long life span of machinery and components
- Low maintenance costs
- User safety
Every customer has a unique dust problem. The core of EmiControls' business is to develop a customised solution for the customer to achieve the best results, and to offer a strong global after-sales service.
EmiControls was founded in 2011 and has its roots in TechnoAlpin, the world's leading manufacturer of snow guns.
