Powerful 360° solution against static electricity
The laminar, ionised airflow blows the surface clean of static particles, dust and other contaminants. Production speed, product and surface quality are significantly improved. The Gen4 Super Ion Air Wipe delivers a smooth, 360° ionised airflow that can be easily clamped around a component to effectively eliminate static electricity and contamination.
It is ideal for use on pipes, cables, extruded profiles, hoses, wires and similar components. The high volume and velocity air stream follows the surface and wipes away particles while ions neutralise static electricity. The airflow remains stable even at longer distances from the installation point, ensuring high efficiency. With an optional pressure regulator, air volume and velocity can be steplessly adjusted for optimal performance.
