Effective removal of static electricity and dust
EXAIR Gen4 Super Ion Air Knives eliminate static electricity from plastics, tapes, paper sheets and other product surfaces where cracks, jams or dangerous static discharges can cause problems. The laminar, ionised airflow blows away static particles, dust and other contaminants from the surface. The result is increased production speed and improved product and surface quality.
Available in standard lengths from 76mm to 2743mm and can be supplied as a complete kit with Gen4 Super Air Knife, Gen4 power source, air filter, pressure reducer and shim kit.
