Standard solution for static control
The EXAIR Gen4® Standard Ion Air Knife™ uses EXAIR's Standard Air Knife (with 30:1 air amplification) to deliver a uniform layer of ionised air to a charged surface.
Air consumption and noise levels are slightly higher compared to the Gen4 Super Ion Air Knife (with 40:1 air gain).
The Gen4 Standard Ion Air Knife efficiently removes static electricity from plastics, strip material, sheet metal blanks and other product surfaces where tearing, jamming or static discharges can cause problems.
The result is increased production speed, improved product quality and cleaner surfaces.
