Fast and efficient filtration of liquids from solid particles
The EXAIR Chip Trapper™ offers a quick and easy way to filter solids from used coolants. The Chip Trapper sucks up the liquid with all the contaminants from the tank and traps the solids in a reusable filter. The filtered liquid can then be pumped back. The Chip Trapper is ideal for machines with tanks where contaminated particles are mixed with the liquid.
The High Lift Chip Trapper™ is suitable for very deep tanks. Thanks to the high vacuum in the collection vessel, it takes only 85 seconds to fill a 208 litre vessel with a height difference of 4.5 metres. The in-built vacuum and pressure relief valve ensures automatic shut-off when the drum is full. Stainless steel self-priming pump effectively removes unwanted solid particles from the liquid.
