Dust and oil-tight cooling for corrosive environments
NEMA 4X (IP66) Cabinet Coolers (dust and oil tight, splash proof, corrosion resistant, for indoor and outdoor use) have a low pressure relief valve for both the vortex tube and the cabinet exhaust air. The valve closes and seals when the chiller is not in operation to maintain the NEMA rating of the electronic enclosure. NEMA 4X (IP66) Cabinet Coolers are constructed of 303SS and 316SS materials for food and other corrosive environments.
Unlike expensive Freon-based air conditioners, EXAIR Cabinet Coolers use a vortex tube to produce cold air from compressed air - with no moving parts. The compact Cabinet Cooler can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical outlet. NEMA 4X Cabinet Cooler® systems are available with thermostatic control or as continuous operation systems. Each system includes a water/dirt filter separator to prevent condensation and dirt from entering the cabinet and a cold air distribution kit that directs air for circulation or to hot spots. All Cabinet Coolers are UL certified and CE approved.
