Cleaning with reverse airflow
EXAIR's Back Blow Air Nozzles are designed to clean the inside of pipes, hoses and ducts. A series of holes create a powerful 360° airflow that effectively blows away coolant, swarf and other material generated during processing.
These nozzles prevent chips from being blown deeper into the pipe or out through the opening, which could otherwise pose a safety risk. As the airflow is directed backwards towards the user, the use of protective equipment is recommended.
The nozzles offer high performance and fit a wide diameter range from 6.3 mm up to 406 mm.
