Can Line Vac be used to transport powders, liquids or flammable materials?
Yes, Line Vac can be used to transport powder. However, it is important to recognise that the outlet can become very dusty. To deal with this, the powder should be separated from the air used for transport, usually using a filter or a cyclone separator at the outlet.
Line Vac, on the other hand, is not designed for liquids - although it can suck up small amounts, the liquid mixes with air and comes out as a mist rather than a coherent flow.
Line Vac should also not be used with flammable materials, as the static electricity generated during transport poses a risk of ignition.
