Meet Hanna Kero

At Hansa Engineering, Hanna Kero works with customers to find the right solutions within spray nozzles and compressed-air products. With a background in HVAC and an Industrial Engineering degree from Turku University of Applied Sciences, she combines technical knowledge with a strong focus on customer communication and practical solutions.

Technology has always been a natural interest for Hanna, and when the opportunity to join the Finnish team at Hansa Engineering came along, the company’s broad product range and the variety of industries and applications immediately caught her attention.

“There’s always something new to learn, which makes the job interesting.”

Finding the right nozzle for the application

Choosing a spray nozzle may seem straightforward, but several factors can affect the performance of the final solution. Pressure, flow rate, spray angle, material and even the nozzle’s installation position can all influence the result. For Hanna, this is where understanding the customer’s actual application becomes essential.

“The more we know about the actual application, the better we can help find the right nozzle.”

While the products and applications vary, the goal is the same: to make the customer’s process work better and more efficiently.

Technical solutions start with the right questions

With every application being different, Hanna’s role is not simply about recommending a product. It starts with understanding what the customer is trying to achieve and what is happening in their process. Her approach to customer communication is straightforward: be responsive, keep the customer updated and make communication clear, personal and easy-going.

“Some of my favorite projects are definitely the ones where we get to start from scratch and build a completely new solution to help solve an existing problem.”

Always something new to learn

After six months at Hansa Engineering, Hanna is still discovering new applications, products and areas of technology. And when asked what she is most curious to learn about, her answer reflects the curiosity that brought her to Hansa Engineering in the first place:

“Can I just say everything?”

For Hanna, that willingness to keep learning is part of what makes working with industrial solutions so interesting, and it is also what helps Hansa Engineering continue to understand the challenges behind every application and find the right solution for each customer.
