SAM - Air atomising spray nozzle

SAM is an air atomising nozzle that allows you to control/set the droplet size without affecting liquid flow rates. Higher atomising air pressure yields finer drop size.

SAM air atomising nozzle is suitable for all liquids, including viscous media above 200 cP.

SAM är en luftatomiserande dysa som ger möjlighet att kontrollera/ställa in droppstorlek utan att påverka vätskeflödet. Ju högre lufttryck desto finare droppar. SAM-dysan är lämplig för alla typer av vätskor, även viskösa vätskor över 200 cP. SAM är tillverkad av BETE Spray Technology.

Each type of nozzle has a specific flow rate, spray pattern and droplet size. To optimise the spray process, it is important to understand how different parameters affect the choice of spray nozzle and type of solution.
