MaxiPass®L - Full cone spray nozzle
MaxiPass®L full cone nozzle has an extra large free passage, which reduces the risk of clogging. MaxiPass®L has medium to coarse atomisation, with low flow rates.
The MaxiPass®L has two unique S-shaped internal vanes, as opposed to x-vane style nozzles, allow maximum free passage of particles. The vanes are made from 316SS for optimum wear and corrosion resistance.

Each type of nozzle has a specific flow rate, spray pattern and droplet size. To optimise the spray process, it is important to understand how different parameters affect the choice of spray nozzle and type of solution.
